What is Capsuline's return policy?

30-Day Return Policy 

 

At Capsuline, we are sure that you will enjoy your purchase! However, if for some reason you wish to return our products, we do have a 30-day no-hassle return policy. Restrictions do apply, so be sure to review all the info below. Please email us: info@capsuline.com to make arrangements for any return.

Overview

  • To be eligible for a refund, you MUST return your item within 30 days of receiving it. Refunds are issued within 48-72 hours after we receive the returned item (not the day it was shipped back to us).
  • We accept returns by permission only - just returning something to us does not guarantee that we'll take it back or issue a refund.
  • There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns. The fee is based on the actual price paid for the item does not include shipping charges.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restrictions

  • Capsules, herbs, and vitamins MUST be in the original, unopened packaging. Products in any other condition cannot be returned.  This is due to the fact that these are food-grade products made to exacting standards for human consumption.
  • All other items must be in the original packaging and in perfect unused working condition.

 

Broken Items 

Proof of broken and or damaged shipments must be provided by the customer in form of photo displaying the label on the product with the packing slip, please email your photo to info@capsuline.com with all order information and a customer service representative will contact you with a resolution.
